I’ve been looking into the trial papers as described above. Thus far, I can say the results have been at the very least suspicious, and I think they’re worth looking into. Unlike most conspiracy cases, the fact that this one has been backed up by the King family and has a, to say the least, problematic court record to back it up, makes the whole thing a bit more believable.

Unfortunately it is rather lengthy, but as of right now all evidence points to the fact that 1. James Earl Ray was not the one to kill MLK, and 2. that the Memphis Police Department was involved. This is what the evidence, as of page 392 in the court record, indicates.
